We just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you so so much for the beautiful cake you provided for our wedding at Ghyll Manor on Friday 25th May. It was absolutely stunning and we had so many appreciative comments from our guests - everyone was so surprised when they found out that the roses were made of sugar, they couldn't believe the intricacy. Although you had provided us with a (beautiful) example of the sugarcraft to approve in the earlier stages, the finished article took our breath away and completely exceeded what we had in mind. The cake itself was delicious and the chocolate sponge made a welcome change to the traditional fruit cake.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with you both, from the initial quote request right up to the day itself - it was also very reassuring to know that you were taking care of the delivery and set-up on the day – it was one less thing to worry about and was completely seamless! You have both been professional yet very friendly and approachable and thank you for welcoming us into your home and providing us with many cups of tea!

Unfortunately we don't have any photos back yet, but once we do we will send you through a picture of us cutting the cake if you would like to see it (although it was painful to cut it at the time after all the effort that we know went into making it!).
