I have twenty two years experience of cake making and decoration and have four City and Guilds design qualifications:
- 7900 sugarcraft
- 7922 sugar flowers
- 7923 sugarcraft diploma (advanced)
- 7923 sugar flowers diploma (advanced)

Even if you are just beginning your planning,
I can give general indicative prices to reflect type of cake and the numbers for
which you are catering. I will keep in touch in the run up to the event to ensure
timings for delivery etc. are confirmed.
